To do so, we analyze the feedbacks of contacts - whether it be professional or personal - applicants recommend. In other words, candidates designate people they have interacted with in the past who know them well enough to speak about them beyond their mere competencies. These testimonies provide valuable insights for recruiters in the hiring decision.
