Senior Consultant, Senior Human Resources Executive (Fr./Eng.), with over 20 years of Human Resources and consulting experience, based in Switzerland, in multi-national corporations across different industries (services, pharmaceuticals, high-tech, hospitality, FMCG), leading organizational development, transformational and human resources initiatives, partnering with executives and boards of directors to align human capital to strategic business objectives.
A high-impact executive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, a lean project manager, with exposure to merger and acquisitions, accredited and experienced in change management, HRIS implementation and development of leadership programs.
