Who am I and how can I help a startup

My full name is Pierre-Laurent but most people call me Pilo. After 20 years working as a leader in a Fortune 500 company, I decided to provide support to People, Teams and Companies in the form of coaching, workshop and consulting.

As a leader and a leader of leaders, I have consistently demonstrated Coaching, Participative, Affiliative and Visionary as my dominant leadership styles. I have learned how to ensure the team climate is optimized to deliver the best possible team results. I have learned how to build and execute strategies working with top consulting firms (McKinsey, Booz, Accenture, 6 Sigma).

I can help entrepreneurs with strategy, sales & marketing (B2B and Retail) and people development skills (leadership, coaching).
