Haygg is fast-casual restaurant offering all kind of egg dishes, telling the truth about all the products. 

We want to offer egg in all its forms to allow our customers to quicly consume healthy and homemade dishes. To do this, we select the best products from passionate local producers depending on the season. We actively communicate with our customers through various channels to inform an educate them about the content of their plate. We strive every day to make the best decisions for the nutritional quality of our dishes and their impact on the environment. That's why we ban ultra-processed products.

We want to make Haygg the European leader in fast food around the egg. Our goal is to develop a chain of restaurants on a franchise model starting with Switzerland. Our ambition is to build and promote a healthy and sustainable way of eating for people and the planet. We want to become the standard in terms of ingredient transparency for the customer. 

I am currently looking for a Chef to join me in this adventure, and I am looking for a mentor to advise me in all the steps related to the creation of a company/restaurant (legal form, authorizations, investment, ...). I would be happy to discuss with anyone who has experience with restaurant opening. Thank you!
