Who am I and how can I help a startup

Hi,

The core of my expertise is in the field of Procurement, particularly (but not only) with foodstuff and packaging. I have experience in sourcing, negotiation, drafting contracts, managing vendor relationships but also (technical) product development at vendors as well as supply quality assurance.

I can also help with setting up processes (they do not need to be related to Procurement), the development of software applications, or analysing data and drawing conclusions from it.
