I can help 1 day per week in the following fields:

- building commercial and marketing strategies (cycle maps, VOC, market and growth maps...)

- implementing project management methodologies (Prince2, steering committees, stage gate...)

- accompanying innovation processes (new product development, blue ocean strategy...)

- structuring and optimizing resources (HR, training but also production means and stocks, 5S, lean manufacturing...)
