Who am I and how can I help a startup

With 15 years of experience as a marketing top executive in international companies, I have been able to stretch my competencies across sales and marketing in a true global context. I worked mostly for large FMCG companies with international expansion goals but also small enterprises on local non-mature market. In terms of sector, my expertise lies primarily in beauty with all related categories (skin, hair, nail, make up). From a channel stand point I have been working on mass channels (B2C), but also professional channels (B2B) and specialty channels (travel retail). In terms of marketing, I can help on brand strategy (competitive environment analysis, client targeting,brand positioning, brand character, brand equity), innovation strategy (new product development, concept generation and qualification, innovation pacing and phasing, R&D collaboration) as well as communication (communication message strategy, holistic communication campaign, off line and on-line executions, point of sales communication, influencer strategy, agency management). When in comes to international business development, i can offer support in commercial strategy and trade marketing especially how to manage third party reseller (full service distributor, value added reseller).
