Who am I and how can I help a startup

Over the last 20 years I have built a strong professional experience in Legal, HR and General Administration in international environments. I spent 10 years in Paris, first as a lawyer working for an American law firm, then in-house.  Since 2009 I have been working in Switerland with growing Legal and HR responsibilities: I worked as a Legal & HR Manager for a start-up until its acquisition by a German group; I then took over leadership roles in the newly acquired company, mainly to operate change management and restructuring.

I am quite polyvalent with a double competence in legal (such as commercial transactions, dispute resolution etc.) and HR (HR strategy, design of organization, budget, talent management, comp & ben, performance management, etc.). I have played a key role advising Board of Directors and Top Management during 5 years.

I'm happy to advise a start-up from time to time to support it in its development and growth.
