Who am I and how can I help a startup

I'm a senior executive with broad international finance and tax expertise. My experience includes acting as a business partnerby delivering business-focused advisory work and decision support.

I'm currently working as an independant consultant, mainly with small or medium size company, helping them on their financial structure, KPI set up, working capital management, business plan in lught of fund raising or tax structure when appropriate.
