Very early in life I discovered my passion for human beings and felt the trust they put in me. With a strong focus on strengths, I love to help people succeed and accompany them in realizing what they really want and how they can get there. Renowned as somebody who encourages people to use their full intellectual capital and potential by reframing the situation, I challenge them and engage them in dialogue. I have a talent to sense the emotions of people around me. Intuitively, I am able to see the world through their eyes and share their perspective. I help people give voice to their emotional life by finding the right words and tone. Trust and discretion are paramount for me.
I have worked as a trainer, facilitator and coach for 10 years of which 7 at the United Nations in staff development mainly in career support, career management and development. As an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified professional coach and certified career coach by Career Counselling Services (UK), I am providing coaching services face-to-face, via skype and phone in three languages namely French, English and German. Individual sessions vary between 1-16 sessions depending on the need of the coachee / client. I am holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and in Romance philology (French and Spanish) and English linguistics and didactics. In fall 2017 I created my own company KEYFOCUS and have been working as a trainer and coach mostly with clients from international organisations such as UNOG, WIPO, ITU and CERN. While I am specializing as a trainer in the area of career, I am coaching people on a myriad of topics such as stress management, communication, work-life balance, relationships, self-esteem, career management and development.
